Refund policy

This Refund Policy is provided by Andreas Christofi, company number sole trader (Cyprus) — not yet registered, registered at Cyprus (registered address pending) (the trading name ClearPace is operated by this entity). For questions, contact support@clearpace.com.

ClearPace is a subscription service with a 14-day free trial. You can cancel at any time during the trial and you will not be charged. Once charged, you may request a refund within 14 days of any monthly charge by contacting support@clearpace.com.

Refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. You can also request a refund directly via the receipt email sent by Paddle, which contains a self-service refund link. See paddle.net for Paddle's full refund process.

Edge cases

  • Refunds requested outside the 14-day window are at our discretion and considered case-by-case.
  • Refunds for accidental double-charges are always granted in full, regardless of the 14-day window.
  • We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months on cancellation, consistent with most monthly SaaS — your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
