Frequently asked questions
- Do I need a card to start the trial?
- Yes — a valid payment card is required so ClearPace can start the day your trial ends. You are not charged until day 14.
- Can I cancel during the trial?
- Yes. Cancel any time from Settings → Billing during the 14 days and you will not be charged.
- What happens after I cancel?
- You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate partial months.
- Does ClearPace connect to my bank?
- No. ClearPace never connects to any bank or card. You enter your accounts and transactions yourself, manually or via CSV import.
- Who handles payment?
- Paddle is our merchant of record. They handle payment processing, sales tax, invoicing, and refunds in our name. Your statement will show "Paddle*ClearPace" or similar.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes — within 14 days of any monthly charge. See our refund policy. Read more
